My Background
Over the past two decades, I’ve led multinational teams and complex portfolios across the Caribbean and Latin America—most recently as Group Executive Vice President and Portfolio CEO of the Massy Motors and Machines Division, a USD $500M operation with over 1,800 employees.
Today, I’m an executive coach, senior M&A advisor (www.onetoonecf.com), and bilingual business leader passionate about helping people and organizations unlock their next level of growth and transformation.
My experience scaling businesses, leading acquisitions, and driving transformation has given me a deep appreciation for what drives leaders—and what holds them back. I now use these experiences to guide entrepreneurs and business owners through mergers, acquisitions, and succession strategies that align with their long-term vision.
I hold an MBA in Finance and a BSc in Business Administration (Finance & Management Information Systems) from La Salle University in Philadelphia.
A lifelong learner and former NCAA Division I athlete, I bring the same discipline and curiosity from the field to the boardroom—helping leaders and companies reach peak performance.
